The National Coordinator of the Fintiriya Movement, Hajja Jamila Tanko, has officially announced that the movement Plan to purchase the nomination form for Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri ahead of the Adamawa North Senatorial race.
Addressing members of the press, Hajja Jamila Tanko described the decision as a unified and deliberate step by the movement to sustain the governor’s legacy beyond his current tenure.
“This is not just politics; this is about continuity, loyalty, and preserving a legacy that has transformed lives across Adamawa State,” she stated.
According to her, members of the Fintiriya Movement reflected deeply on the impact of Governor Fintiri’s leadership and resolved that the most meaningful way to appreciate his contributions is by ensuring his ideology continues to shape governance for generations.
“We have all benefited from his leadership in one way or another. We asked ourselves how we could truly repay such service, and we realized that the only way is to build a structure that will outlive his tenure. That is why we are taking this bold step,” she added.
